During the 1990s, Bhanupriya continued working in prominent roles across languages, including *Chatriyan* (1990), *Azhagan* (1991), *Thalapathi* (1991), *Pedarayudu* (1995), *Azhakiya Ravanan* (1996), and *Annamayya* (1997). Beginning in the 2000s, she transitioned into character and maternal roles in productions such as *Kochu Kochu Santhoshangal* (2000), *Chatrapathi* (2005), *3* (2012), *Mahanati* (2018), and *Ayalaan* (2024). In 2024, she served as an executive producer on the drama *The Adamant Girl* (*Kottukkaali*).
